Consultation: An initial meeting with you to listen and learn about your vision for your home renovation or custom-build project.
Liaison: All elements of your renovation project are managed by us, acting as the liaison between you the homeowner, and all contractors, subcontractors, vendors, associations, and more. You determine how involved you want to be.
Advisory: As your exclusive representative and advocate, we help to advise you on various aspects of your project such as communications within the project, addressing issues and potential solutions, and the implementation of design elements such as fixtures, colors, furniture, and more.
Preservation Service
Preservation Plan: Whether you have recently renovated or are just looking to create a new preservation plan for your current home, we develop a customized property care and upkeep schedule based on your property’s unique needs, preserving the integrity of your assets.

About
Founding principal Sharon Topping has over 20 years of professional management experience in the housing industry. After leading efforts in construction and HOA companies, Sharon branched out as an independent home renovation specialist in 2011.
Since then, Sharon has led unique and complex renovations to completion. In addition to managing planned work, Sharon is a trusted expert in handling all kinds of challenges within the renovation and custom-build process. Some of the distinctive situations she has encountered include an historic 1870 home that had been relocated in 1905, long-standing water damage resulting in mold remediation needs, rare fungal infestations, and prior expansions completed without plans or permits.
Sharon expertly works with city and county representatives, various associations, contractors, and vendors.
